Torturous Visions in Solo Instances is *$%#&!

If you've never contracted it from opening a vase, etc., it's a DoT that drains power. It hits for 7 power every tick and lasts for 20 minutes or so.

*$%#&! is this put into solo instances? It's not fun. It's not challenging. It simply causes me to sit, doing nothing, until it wears off.
