Question re Test patch times.

I am sure that test gets patched more than the regular servers but I wonder if anyone can tell me what the regular down time is. Is it 4am like the regular servers.4am PST is 8 pm my time. Its getting to be almost unplayable on the normal servers so I have been thinking of finally making a toon on test. As far as I can tell there is no set time. Most of the big patches are ready for me to download when I get home from work, but the small ones tend to hit at very odd times and sometimes during prime time. Don't let that scare you though as they are usually really short patchs, we get a quick headsup and they are not frequent enough to be any real trouble. I can honestly say that I feel like we have a lot less downtime compared to live servers. Maybe it is just my playtime though.
