Having an issue when I log in to Test

I have recently made a character on the test server. I can get on fine and all that good stuff but the first time I logged in when it updated a whole lot of files were put onto my desktop. Basically they looked like the files I had copied into the Test Server file from the EQ2 root file and there were a few extras. I try to keep my desktop fairly clean so I was hoping that maybe if I made a new file and put all those files into it that it would work. Well then when I logged in once again a bunch of files were put onto my desktop.

My question is has this happened to anyone else? Does everyone on test just have lots of files on their desktops like me or did I do something to jack mine all up? I mean it runs so I am happy about that just wondering if there is some way to fix this so I don't have the super messy looking desktop. Thanks in advance for any answers.
