Are Vendor Poisons still available on test?

With Alchemists being pushed to the role of supplying Essances, Potions and Poisons as a sole means to make money have the Vendor Poisons been removed from the game? It's going to be hard enough to compete with other alchemists if we have to still compete with the vendors who have better poisons then we do.
