Test Server EXE file vanished

Ok, something odd happened. I tried to log onto the test server today and found that my file is missing. I didn't delete it, and I don't normally go into that folder. I don't know if this happened with the patch or what, but I can't get onto the test server now.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
