good shield for mid 20 assassin

Well I go for the 1hander/shield style when I solo hard mobs. What is the best shield for me at mid 20.. is there one to buy or a quested one?Thanks.

Mastercrafted would do just fine. If you can't afford that just browse the broker every now and then for Legendary/Fabled Shields. Not a whole lot of good scout shields till bout 40+ (HQ for SBS)

Personally I like the worn obelisk sheild, drops off one of the soul harvesters in ools, usable at 42 its a common drop very easy to get and its just as good. Probably the most common legendary item ive ever seen, 8/10 times it drops.
