For all assassin's lvl 38+

Is it just me or did any of you also not get an ability when you dinged 38? i know at 38.6 we get condeming blade but shouldn't we have also gotten one at 38.0?

Just saw a thread lower on this very same thing that a search did not bring up, dern lithium and there non effective searches!

For what it's worth, if you level up and don't recieve the skill you were supposed to, you can go to the trainer and learn it from the Apprentice 2 scroll, or even an adept book. I went from 30.58 to 30.65 last night by completing a quest and did not recieve Deadly Shot, didn't appear in my hotbar, or in my Combat Skills book. Went to the trainer, picked up the apprentice 2, and got the skill.

All skills, except fun spells, you will get when your suppose to get it. At lvl 38 you get both at 60% and none at 0%.

They must've fixed Deadly Shot in yesterday's patch, because I got it when I logged in. I hadn't bothered to pick a book or scroll for it, either.

They did fix it. It was a bug that it didn't appear in your level. Lastnight I got it as it popped up when I hit lvl mark automatically.

you have to buy ap 2 deadly shot to actualy get the move, you also get 2 new moves (replacements for assassins blade and ebon at 38.6

Buying the App2's for Condeming Blade and Bloodthrister won't give you the skill at 38 until you get to 38.6. If you look at the skill on the scrolls for both these moves, they require 193 skill to use, which is level 38.6

You don't have to buy the App version of Deadly shot either to get the skill. You get it on your own. Maybe you did have to do this before, but not anymore. If you level up to the point of getting it, you get it.
