Assassin Motto?

Trying to come up with an assassin motto for my sig and thought what the hell, lets try to make an offical motto.

How about, "I Don't Tank!" Yeah, I had a hard time believing I couldnt tank. Found out the hard way last night and now I need to apologize to the group for it. Sorry guys.

It really depends on what you meen by tank Kardonn, I have no problem in tanking a group mob that is higher lvl then me (keeping agro aint realy a problem, i dont lose the hp that fast since i got 1,3k hp and same on ac and im 27). But ofcourse i dont tank as good as a guardian or other tank but i tank better then several tankclasses i have played with (many ppl that sucks oout there)

Well was in a group last nigth wiht an inquistor, shaman, summoner and wizard, all lvl 19-21. Our main tank (20 SK) went LD so I stepped up. We were in FG and I pulled a brute and mindless. I died in seconds. I have 630 HP, 399 attack and 349 def. Thats half what a tank my level as in def. I am lvl 20 Assassin. So no more trying to tank for me.

I'd suggest either upgrading your equipment or spending some time with some low level mobs to get your defense skills up. If I remember correctly I had ~700 def at level 20, it makes a huge difference. If you accidently pull aggro, you don't want the healer to have to burn much power keeping you alive. Plus, it is very useful to be able to tank a bit in a pinch. If your healer/chanter pull aggro, railing 'em in the back with some of your higher damage attacks is a good way to get its attention. The longer a mob stays on a healer the harder it's going to be to get them off, if they have to keep healing themselves they're just sitting there building more hate and not healing the tank.Also, survival instinct is your friend. It can't make the difference between life and death, don't be afraid to pop it.
