If you mean does it work when you use a CA, the answer is no. Only autoattack.

IMHO, this is the firtst thing you shuold go for in the EoF tree if you are serious about doing DPS. Plus, all the points needed to get double attack improve the damage and cast time on your biggest arrow CAs. A must have line SMILEY
