diference btw haste and +dps ?

if im not wrong haste is afecting the weapon delay, capped at dly 1. correct?

What does +dps? augments damage of each skill ?

Someone tell me what it does exactly please !

+DPS increases autoattack damage output

I remember seeing this somewhere....cant remember.

+dps also affects damage CA's too I think... i'll check it out tonight...+hastes just makes auto attack faster.

Dps does NOT make CAs do more...its just auto attack do more
