Can you SOLO through the Ian's Forgetful Family Armor quest?

All of the armor quests have parts that will require some help. It might be possible to duo it though.

Not at a level where the armor will be useful.

I solo'ed most of it, but by the time I completed them all the armor really wasn't that useful.

I could..........but you'd prolly struggle if your at a level that could actually benfit from it. Stormhold portions and Thundering Steppes parts would be tough for you.
