Attribute help

Ok, what is our main stat? and how do the other stats effect us?Here are my stats: strength - 112 agility - 226 stamina - 96 intelligence - 25 wisdom - 44 Any suggestions, info, and tips would be most welcome.Thanks to anyone who replies or reads this post.

Get STR than INT> AGI is basically useless now. STr determines our Auto atttack dmg AND our CA dmg. THan INT will increase proccing dmg along with poison dmg.

If you still have a respec left i'd advise using it and taking all the strength choices rather than AGI. That should balence you out and let you do a lot more damage.

I've found it really easy to boost my str with equipment. I recommend the same things but instead of picking str with your respec pick int. Then focus on str with equipment.

int might be a little overrated like everyone else saying to get (never really bothered with it myself,plus devs changing poisons al ittle so who knows whats up), if you want int get seperate gear on the side, agi is nice for power which you use to cast CAs

INT over rated? God no, poisons make up for such a huge % of our dmg that it's very important to be using the best poisons with high INT> Maxxed INT makes adestes do 650 dmg on examining and after the mob is debuffed etc it will hit in the 900's at times.

in the process of maxing int you lose out on str or agi so you either run out of power or do less dmg with auto and ca's, great you proc higher what happens when mobs poison immune? i'm guessing i'm one of the few rangers out there that knows how to time ae and use melee ca's where the pow and str comes in handy...plus with you bragging how int makes poisons do much it'll just get nerfed imo (lets see what devs change!)

Well, for one. It's not going to get nerfed because of something I say. Secondly I didn't say take INT over STR. In a raid it's sooooo easy to get str to 550 or more. SO at that point I put my 2 INT rings on and my 2 INT dolls, and those combined with my furie's buff my STR and INT are both capped. And AGI??? Who needs AGI. I ahevn't run out of power since the expansion hit. AStream of arrows fixed that. And of course they making it consime like 11 or 13 power per shot now but thats not alot really as we shoot 20 arrows with it.

actually, raising int by eg 15 means much more to your DPS than raising your STR by 15. So, lowering your STR by 15 by favor of 15 INT will make you do more DPS. SMILEY

But your right about the devs... Who knows how this is going to change. And of course, keep your STR gear with you (or preferably, try to collect gear which has BOTH STR and INT)++Xan
