I'll also vote Feerrot... also the adv. pack zones used to be pretty nice exp, but i think they might be nerfed a bit now... (the gnolls, ya know...) Everfrost has also plenty of solo content which is more or less suitable for lvl 40

Rivervale might be good too, but I never did much soloing there so I'm not sure what that zone has to offer.

Feerrott is a nice place to solo. From what I recall of Rivervale, a lot of the content there is heroic stuff, but maybe not all of it. The entrances to Everfrost and Lavastorm would probably be suitable for soloing at 40 as well.

Oh yah, forgot about RV completely. Theres some nice solo content near the entrance, the rest is more or less between some heroic mobs, so advance in caution in there! ++Xan
