valian bow proc

can anyone tell me what type of proc damage is ie crush or poison, looking at it looks like poison but would like to know

Ancient Glyph of Venom is a poison based proc.

Yes, they're very nice, Viscous Sai also has the same proc. I currently use a Yew Bow, only because everything else I have has an offensive proc.

i got soul sucker but tbh a damage proc is more appealing - the base damage is the same on both tho

You're actually probably better off with a bow thats orange to you, you can keep Focus Fire up almost constantly and that gives you the damage rating of the bow at its max level, so the bow actually has a much higher damage rating.

Ranger revamp nerfs Focus Fire to 10 second duration. However it actually affects ranged and bow, and not just bow skill anymore.

I also use a Valian Bow, which by far the best thing for soloing and raiding, The Yew Bow is if you go for stats, but while your stats are just increased a tad bit you are loosing a great deal of dmg. Because with an awsome posion and the awsome proc of the Valian your dmg is insane. Which is why i always prefer it over the Yew because while soloing, it will drop the mob 3x faster the then the yew or any other bow for that matter (except for perhaps the soul sucker). Just my 2 cents
