Question about our stealth

Just curious, I've noticed that our stealth (other than Hagar's Camoflage and the level 40 training) seems to be a substantial clip slower than other stealth and invisibility spells. I upgraded Huntsman's Trap to App4 last night and the speed reduction dropped from 50% to 49%.I don't want to start a rant session or anything, but I'm just wondering if Sony has ever made any statements as to whether this is intentional or if it's something that was overlooked or whathaveyou. Does anyone know?Thanks!
