GU #31 : Minstrel's Aria: Increases Aggression skill

Does anyone have this AA? Does it add Agression to Dove Song??

NM I guess Dove Song already has Agression since GU#30? Thus this is only a troub thing, not a bard one.

the aa line didnt add additional agression (pre lu31) but, cant test it anymore, to expensive to respec =/ just for teting sumthing i wont ever use
