Broken Effects on Troubador PvP set Please Fix

The Current EoF PvP set effects do not take place:Completed Set 7/7 Bonus +60 Damage to Aria of AcclamationCould we please get a fix on the effect so it is active and not broken; its a pretty important aspect of the set.Thanks,Rainie Summer

Does +Damage just add that number? Cuz I have a dagger that adds +10 to all my spells, now if it adds only 10 points of damage to a spell I'm not sure how useful that really is...

Your dagger is +10 to all spells So no+Dmg to a specific effect is different, should apply directly to the spell
