Trouby Vault Hat?

Been making vault runs for hats. Is there a trouby one and whats it called or whats the effect?

~~If I'm not mistaken Troub hat will be added in LU24 as well as the Dirge one.~~

Edit : I can't find the note about the Troub and Dirge hat in LU24 patches notes ( on test ).

Edit 2 : I found the note but only about Dirge ( and other classes ) :

Profession Hats -- Berserkers, Dirges, Guardians, and Templar class-specific hats will be available.
