![]() In remembrance of and Dedicated to those great souls that braved the class, those fighting few who reveled in the Bardic traditions that made up the Troubadors and there ideals, were once or would have loved to be 'Jack’s of all and Masters on none'. Driven to an early end. Let them be named so that they can be remembered: (and pls mention thre ending state: i.e. Canceled, Shelved or Stuck in Limbo and can only be rezed for short times by raiding partys with lots of priest all casting there rez’s on the troub at once in the hope the combined pull will break limbo's hold for a short time) *Please only post in here if and when you are passing over the the nether worlds, if you want to talk about this post and its content do it in another post pls

![]() Ajuda - Level 70 Troubador on CB Already abandoned in favor of level 60 Brigand Alt. Will log him on for raids and only until Brig is 70 and praying our other troub doesn't quit in meantime. |

![]() To the mothball closet I go. My sister the Warlock is waiting there for me. I would rather duo a monk-mystic by my lonesome then be a buff bot with no purpose. Hype 70 Troub Egheedah 63 Warlock Mistmoore |

![]() Ladyjay (70) Nektulos server. On the shelf mostly, being dusted off only for raids and the occasional help for my husband when I feel like torturing myself with skills I will no longer be able to use after this next update. Currently playing my 47 Conjuror (umm I really sort of screwed myself on this update) or my level 12 Brigand.

![]() Nybora, 65 Troubadour of the Runnyeye (2004-2005) and Splitpaw (2005-2006) servers. Cancelled. Sad to do it, but there are other things I can do that are more fun than playing a troubadour :smileywink:

Beware dirges, you will be nerfed in LU #25. This level 66 troubador will convert to the dark side and go dirge. Which mean their class ability of rezzing will be nerfed.Bonsai@Splitpaw.

Sendrine, lvl 70 troubador, only times I ever log her on is if I feel a need to be depressed. If it wasn't for the fact that my 58 Brigand was such a fun debuffer and dps, I'd quit the game. After raiding, soloing, grouping, I've just come to terms with the fact that if I AFK/AF a group, I have the same effect as if I do something (nobody notices at least, but they do love my hate decreaser). So here's to you Sendrine, for the hours of fun you gave me before nerf upon nerf.

![]() I can't wait to see the looking for Bard messages in levels 60-70 chats. Today I changed myself to the wisdom AA line as I will now officially be nothing but a buff bot and I might as well strengthen and speed up the rest of the group. I have now resigned myself to pretty much raiding only and will be generally playing something a bit more, dare I say it, fun. /sings Weee represent the buffingbot toons, the buffingbot toons... p.s. has anyone else noticed the Troubador voices drifting into the wind on the other forums? So sad, but I suppose there's not much left to be said.

![]() /sniff Subetheny Brewoolong'Troubot 70 on Butcherblock, Well, as of the last few days I only log on to get stuff from the bank (cleaned everything out yesterday) may get logged in from time to time for run buff and every now and again for raids, eeep forgot to pass the mula to my alt Well at least my healer is a valued member of the community. Motivation is back to work on my other alts. "p.s. has anyone else noticed the Troubador voices drifting into the wind on the other forums? So sad, but I suppose there's not much left to be said." It's called tumbleweed, my thoughts are between we troubs are civilized folk, we know you can only shout so much before you have to take a break and stop to listen otherwise on the flip with so much pain after a few days of venting one has to walk away for sanity sake and we know it. But is does seem the norm a few days of expressing ourselves then a few days of letting it settle (after all they is only so much that can be said) and based on what is left after the dust, back to a few days of follow up on any changes. ![]() My level 32 Troubador is now deleted. I feel sad about it, he was my first EQ2 character, 2nd on server KvD list, 60ish worldwide. I had a break from the game and came back a few months ago, it just wasn't the same playing him, no fun at all. |
