Troubador Solo Capabilities

I'm sure someone's posted a lovely thread somewhere, but I cannot find it on the boards, so I'm going to start my own.I have a little level 17 troubador right now. So far, I love her. I have my main, which is a Templar and it can take me 1.5-2 minutes at times to kill things that are blue 1-arrow-down to me.I was looking for a group-friendly alt that would be capable of soloing things faster than my Templar. Do you feel this is possible with a Troubador, or does it also take you guys 1.5-2 minutes to kill things?

I love my troub to death, but we're the red-headed stepchild of the scout class. Above templars, but.. here's a good example.

5 blue, one arrow down skeletons - took me 2 minutes, 30 seconds - and that was using skeleton master strike twice.

So on average, anywhere from 40-45 seconds, unless you have the appropriate master strike.

Ok that actually sounds good to me... see, when I say 1.5 to 2 minutes for a fight... I'm talking about my level 62 Templar versus ONE level 57 down arrow blue mob.So anything less than 1.5 minutes for a single mob would be heaven to me.It just seems like all the classes that can solo very well, don't really appeal to groups often.

For speed, we are not a solo class. Yes, probably better than Templars, but we take forever to take down a mob. Go Necro, Bruiser, or one of the other high-DPS, low-damage-taking classes if you really want to solo creatures fast SMILEY

As this board knows, I love soloing with my Troub. But, I don't try to pretend we can do it fast. It's just more fun SMILEY
