Shiv Upgrades

Now that we are without Merciless Shank, we are going to be using Shiv. I never bothered upgrading it past Adept 1 because I wasn't using it. After I got my skills and hotbar in order, I looked at buying Master 1 Shiv and I was pretty unimpressed. The Master 1, on the high end of damage, did about 100 DD and 20 damage every tick for 4 ticks, more then the Adept 1. That is a idifference maximum of 180 damage between Adept 1 and Master 1. Guess I just expected a bigger differential for that line. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
