AA ability - Swear

I was just wondering if anyone knows if this AE taunt works for pvp? And if so, how does it work? Does it make the person target the swash?

This is a dangerous assumption, but yeah, I'd assume so. AE taunts in PvP generally work to make the group target whoever's casting 'em.
