I'm currently level 38 and find myself able to solo relatively well. Groups of 3 vv 40's I can take...a single 38 ^ or 28-30 ^^^ I can also do. So my question is, will that get worse over time? I know we get a boost at 50 with Inspired Daring, but until then/after that, will anything change?

![]() Things got a bit tedious and rough in the early 40's for me, but then I didn't have great equipment either. But by the time I could go to Sinking Sands in the mid-40's things picked up a bit. Those levels raced by pretty quick because of all the solo quests out there, and before I knew it, I hit 50 and got Inspired Daring. Hang in there, it's not too log of a stretch before things pick up again.

![]() I had really good equipment in the low 40's and started in Sinking Sands at 40th. I can solo the lowest level orange con mobs and ^^^'s 8-10 levels below me. I actually solo about the same now (at 44th) as I did at 38. I have found that Swashy's are very equipment dependant. Bad equipment and you wont solo worth a darn, great equipment and you'll kill lots of things that will kill mere mortals. :smileysurprised: edit- typo fixes Message Edited by Galn on 04-18-2006 06:00 PM |

![]() I agree with Galn! :smileyvery-happy: By the time I got to Sinking Sands at lvl 40.......I was well equiped and soloing yellow mobs. Providing the mobs were no more than 3......I did fine ![]() So do plenty of harvesting and get decent kit :smileyvery-happy:

![]() I didn't experience any reduction in my soloing all the way up to my current level (61).. and in fact at 60 it got easier since I was able to use the new poisons in t7, one of which has a lifetap componant.. nothing like a 200 point heal proc to make your day. ![]() ![]() |

![]() At level 66 soloing seems fine to me and goes pretty quickly. At 63 I could kill a 66^ mob without too much risk of dying or kill a 67^ mob which was a close fight. Just keep your skills and gear upgraded. If you have a good cash flow upgrade your CA's to adept 3 or better, T4 and T5 rares are fairly cheap and not too difficult to harvest. Soloing with my swashie is easier than soling with my paladin. The swashbuckler can kill mobs faster which makes up for having less mitigation than the paladin and evac to get away in a hurry.

![]() Are you asking about difficulty soloing, or speed of soloing? Ease of soloing will not change, as long as you're dealing with realistic targets. As you go higher in level, the level/arrow margin of mobs becomes tighter (ie you may be able to solo a con blue ^^^ right now, and you won't be able to at higher levels), and the speed of killing definately goes down as the mob hit points tier faster than your damage abilities do. Difficulty wise, however, it should stay roughly even, assuming you are keeping yourself decently equipped.

Yeah right now I can easily solo yellows and some yellows^. Honestly, difficulty is less an issue than how well equiped you are, and the speed and order of the CAs you use. Autoattacking, youll die, spamming, you might live, the correct order of debuff, stun, and damage, it goes easy, but I agree it takes longer as you get up as the mobs have more hp, attack quicker, and better resists.
