So in the world of performance management, we have things called KPI's key performance indicators.

I think this is one of Vhalen's

Log onto forums each day and selecta threat at random from the Lore forum. Write something tantalizing for the thread that makes the players go hmmmm, ooooooh, or otherwise evoke a feeling of deeper purpose to the game lore. Do so without obvious teasing.

And if so, lucky him. I'd love to have a job writing lore for EverQuest 2. I do it on my own for free as it stands.
