Where to find out more about Caltorsis?

Along the North coast of Antonica, there's a blighted place I've heard called the "Ruins of Caltorsis". It's a virulent place, with scores of undead shambling about.

Is there some way I can find out more about this location? If nothing else, I'd like to learn from the mistakes that had led to such a curse.
