Umbral trap, morning soul stack?

Do these 2 spells stack? They are both dps reducers....if so then thats over 20% reduction.

Mourning Soul,Howling Haze (DPS reduction component) Umbral Trap stack ?

Opps, forgot about that new spell. Also, I bought Umbral trap a few weeks before the patch came out. Im a 41 Mystic and we have a 50 Mystic in our guild....looked for it on the broker...didnt see it...is this a bloodlines spell, Umbral Trap?

Yes its from bloodlines, but any sage can make it if they buy the book from thier local tradeskill wholesaler (the one you start out in). Like effects usually do not stack from the same caster...but they are on seperate reuse timers, so we'd have to parse to be sure.

I know effects usually don't stack also, but was also wondering since they are not on same timer if they do stack, If they do stack this is a very powerfull debuff combo for us.

I tried this combo last night doing some Blade faction quests, and it seemed to make a difference but was wondering if someone parsed this out to see if these dps reduction debuffs do stack.
