![]() And I'm loving it... ? Bought it as a longshot investment really. I'm hoping the current progression is adjusted: Apprentice level = +4 Defense -> Adept I = +4 Defense -> Adept III = +4 Defense -> Master I = +4 Defense If not, I can at least brag about being the dumbest mystic on my server =P.

![]() I wish they would change this to a 30 min duration, since it's supposed to be our main defense buff. Why a waterbreathing spell is a defense buff I have no idea. I would take the mitigation away from waterbreathing and give us a real mitigation buff, and make sure to give them 30 min durations, well, a mitigation buff should be hrs long like the other buffs. Usually when out with a group, I buff the tank and whoever else I can without wasting too much time, but by the time we get to the fight often the spell is wearing off. Then the buff doesn't last past one fight and the move to the next couple of fights, maybe part of that fight at most. I'll try to give it to the whole group but that doesn't work out when on the move, takes too much time to cast it on everyone, and it's hard to justify the wait to the group by saying, "Wait! I have to cast waterbreathing on everyone!" lol. Plus it has a very short cast range. I try to get the whole group since you never really know who could be the next to take aggro or an add, but often it's just the tank and maybe one other person who I think might generate aggro. It really helps the caster in the group by having the extra defense, and the other healer or anyone else for that matter, but its tough to keep it on everyone. I put it on myself of course to help me follow its short duration as a timer to cast again, and I can usually never keep up it when the group is at a steady pace or constantly on the move. |

This must have been in the update today. This morning before servers went down they all were +3 defence just like water spirit app1 - adept III. Do you think that extra +1 from Water Spirit App I was woth the cost?

![]() The one nice thing about this is we can cast it on the whole raid party. Not just a single target. I have my fingers crossed though. We have quite a few spells that have very little, if any difference from the upgrades. Hopefully the combat changes will be good for us. |

It seems that the defense rating changes almost on a day to day basis. This morning Water Spirit was back to +5 Defense and Aqueous was back down to 2. The servers are now down for a slight update, lets see what the change will be this time?? I guess they will both be at +3 to defense.

I'd rather see our EB spell gain a +Noxious and lose the +Defense. That would be a lot more useful imo.
