AA: Where to next?

Currently level 29, and I'm 4/4/8 down the Int line. Since I'm on a PvE server, I wasn't too sure how worthwhile Stormvision would be for leveling since I've had relatively no problem with monsters resisting. It would be nice for dungeons when I'm nuking monsters that con is yellow or orange, but beyond, it seems rather underwhelming.Any suggestings?

+ to Focus and Disruption will keep you from being interuppted as much and make you land hits a lot more often. Nice in a few cases, one being the soloer. Not good to be interrupted 10 times trying to cast root again. Also, landing as many hits as possible is very important solo. Hmm, grouping it's nice to have less chances to be interrupted, because with our dps and no real de-aggroing (unless you go animal form in the fury aa line) we steal aggro easily if we do more than just heal. So being interrupted less then can mean you not dying, especially if you are the only healer. And before anyone flames me saying you shouldn't dps as a solo healer, I see no reason to stand there uselessly for 5 seconds or more if the tank is holding well with regens and such, toss up a Hibernate and go on offensive for a while. You get aggro, toss up group regen and hibernate, then animal form, toss off aggro and rinse, repeat. Just my 2c though, because I'm a very active player, kinda spaztastic, and can't stand not doing something constantly.
