Misinformation in Fury Spell FAQ

The splitpaw spell "Bounty of the Virtuous" seems to have been stealth fixed a while back as it continues to scale up to level 70 now. Please confirm with your own independent analysis.

Yah, it does scale with your level and has so for awhile now. I don't use it, though. I use Wild Salve.

I updated the stickied spell list to reflect this change. Thanks for the heads up, I removed it from my spell bar a while back and hadn't looked at it recently.

i can get an extra heal that scales to lvl 70 in splitpaw?!?!?!? how?!?!?!?

im pretty sure the spell scroll is no-trade / lore ......so u will need to own Splitpaw (Adventure Pack)

one of the merchants in that little cave (think its calld den) sells it

its not rly an "extra" heal since it share the reuse timer with Wild Salve (and the rest of that spell line), more like an "alt heal"

Pardon me if we mean the same thing.

You cannot buy the spell from the broker. You must:

1.) Own the Splitpaw Adventure Pack

2.) Complete one quest to gain access to the tunnels

3.) Fight your way to the lower tunnels.

4.) Once in the lower tunnels, complete 3 quests to gain the trust of the Splitpaw Gnolls.

You will then be given a shard to be able to teleport directly into the lower tunnels and be able to use the mender. That mender will also sell a spell for each archtype.

The healer spell is a single target direct heal with a 10% chance to increase power by an amount. The amount is for more than the spell costs to cast. There are pro's and con's to using the spell:

1.) It uses the same timer as the salve line which means it is not an extra heal.

2.) The amount of the heal is fixed, not a range, and is more than the adept 1 version of the salve spell at the appropriate level.

3.) It has a slightly longer cast time and power cost.

4.) There is a 10% chance to regain more power than it cost to cast the spell. When the proc goes off, it is like a free heal.

Arguably, it is not very useful at higher levels. Now that I have an Adept III of Wild Salve, the point is moot.
