Does our debuff intimidation line really do anything? I tried watching the mobs power bar as I cast Brutal Intimidation and sometime I think i see it lower abit, and sometimes it does not. I am level 42. Also do you think casting Weakness is worth it still at level 42? Remember most mobs will be 40+.

Yeah it makes a difference, you won't notice a big one unless it's on a ++ mob or an epic mob... and on epics it seems to have a much more dramatic effect. I'm not a parse-aholic to tell you how much less NPC's hit for with it on though.

I don't think the question is whether or not it's landing, but if it's really *doing* anything. I have to say I never really see any difference, but I've seem some people post some parsed info (collected and averaged over a time period) - and damage was definitely reduced (sometimes due to less power, sometimes due to lower strength I'm sure). So I use it all the time, sort of just 'cuz I know it *should* be helping so I'll just assume it is...
