final AA ability "battle cleric" ? Anybody know what its excactly about ?

Iam really confused about this one, I hope that some of you might be able to shed some light on it for me.

>Reduces power cost by 25%

this is one of the effects that the battle cleric AA ability seems to have. This line mentions in no way whatsoever that its only reducing the power cost of battle abilities. However, in the description of the ability, there is to read :

" ... and reduces power cost of battle abilities. "

Does that mean that not all abilities / spells get the power reduction of 25%, but only those that we aquired while spending points in the battle AA section ?

It might be worth gaining some useless AA abilities if thats the final reward for it, but if its all only about smashin heads then its not.
