reactive heals triggering Heroic Opp.

I believe this should be removed as a ward doesn't activate the Heroic Opp. in my opinion only direct heals should activate it.

I have a group that relies on Heroic opps all the time and since i switched back to being an Inquisitor(was a mystic to level up a friend that just started) we have found it increasingly difficult to pull off HO's. because if we are in a tough fight I am using my reactive a lot and triggering our Tanks HO instead of the wizard.

Personally, since the linking of all heals within the same line, I don't usually have a free heal to spare just to advance/finish an HO! I need my heals for healing!
