Raiding with a Templar and AA's

Ok, so I have my Templar to lvl 54 now and love playing a healer. My guild raids about every weekend and now that I am getting my Temp up there I wanted to know more on the AA's. I read about str and intel, but I want to be as effective as I can if I am going to raid on occassion (probably when the guild is short on healers...not everyone logs in on the friday when we usually have the big raid) SMILEY
