Can we have the old 10 second Divine Arbitrition back

Considering that fury's mystics etc have SoW invis and evac kinda utilities. Can we have the old 10 second Divine Arbitrition back. They can evac out of an entire situation.. Where the poor cleric is stuck with suck it at die. Why cant we have a DA - immunity to all for 10 seconds.. one hour recast spell - echos of the old days. Any thoughts guys.. This would compensate against the evac.. etc.
