we necros get 4 master 2 choices up to lvl 50 right?

is that the case? Is this true for all class types? I cant seem to find an uptodate list of all the various upgrades we can choose from up to level 50.

The Summoner's Tower has a complete spell list of Necromancer spells.

To answer your other question: Yes every class gets 4 Master II choices at level 14/24/34/44/54 (4 choices each time, that is. SMILEY
