Accursed Cloud Bug??

Is anyone else having a problem with Accursed Cloud?? I'm getting a lot of "No Elligible Target" messages when trying to use it. Does it only work on certain types of mobs now?

Any input would be great

Yes, I too get this message 9 out of 10 times when I cast this spell.

The way I read the spell, is that it now does damage over time to all mobs in an area, not just those linked. But as to why we get that message so often, and a spell that doesn’t land, is beyond me.

Maybe its due to the lvl of the spell. (It is to low to what im fighting?) Cant check what lvl it is, since im at work now.

Another thing I noticed yesterday evening, is that when I used it, one of the times i got the spell icon for siesm in my maintained spell window. Don’t think I ever saw the spell icon for accursed cloud thou, so something must be wrong, since if it is a damage over time to all mobs in a area, there defiantly should be a spell icon showing it in maintained spell window.

Yep, point bland area effect and on the same timer as seism.

The msg you get is a small bug.

I tested an /bugged it the first day.

Because it is point blank, its also cast on an empty space of land. Hence saying to you it didnt land.

It DOES land on the mobs, but if it hits dry land ( SMILEY

along the way,; you will get the msg.

Be carefull with it tho: because its almost a guarantee to pull the whole zone to ya SMILEY

Yes it does, but it also does some pile of damage against groups of mobs, especially when you add the lich dmg on top of it!!

This spell alone is the one I am most pleased with. It is so nice to have like 8 mobs and see the screen fill with 720's. I also like pulling 3-4 mobs and the pet keeping aggro...I LOVE this update. Oh yeah..boo invis!
