I was curious about how often do Master Spells drop per class/server whatever? I obviously misunderstood that 1 master per spell drops. I had gotten a master igneous fire pet and maybe 3wks to month later saw 2 other ppl w/ the pet. Since its the only readily visual Master I have seen, wanted to know more about it. Esp. since like you all,  I want ALL master pets (and spells of course).

Don't think there is any set quota....master spells are just very rare drops, especially on non-epic encounters.  On the rare chance you see a master chest, there is then a rare chance of it actually having a conjuror master (instead of adept spells, master spells of other classes, or equipment).   That said, there are definitely many cases of multiple masters on a server.  Some people here have pretty good collections of them.  Of the 7 or 8 I have, I see duplicates of some of them all the time on brokers.  However, I've yet to see or hear of a conjuror on Blackburrow with Master Veteran.

The Master spells that are "1 per server" are the Master3 spell. I have yet to hear about one personnally, but I am very far from the endgame.

Thank you very much. Clears it up for me. I am almost to the endgame (lvl 43) and was hoping to see more Master spells. Although some of the Master spells I am not very impresses w/ like Rockslide, there is only 1pct more slow and about 40more dam than the adept 1. Unfortunately I am not wealthy so paying 1pp for it, seemed to me a waste. Now 30-32pct slow, to me is not only worthy of a Master but worth a pp. :smileysad:

Keep in mind that each spell upgrade is more or less 10% bonus. Thus on average, an Adept1 spell is more or less 40% bonus over an App1. So a Master 1 spell would be about 70% more damage than an App1, for slightly more power.

It really depends on the spell. Some Master spells are better than their lower ranks by about 20 or 30%.But what they said. Master spells are extremely rare, and I wouldn't worry if you hit 50 and never see one.

My Master I Shards of Ice still does more damage than my Adept I Rockslide at level 37. Definately a good one SMILEY I think it'll be 39 when imy Rockslide finally overtakes Shards of Ice. SI
