uncharmable mobs make no sense

I understand making named and ring event mobs uncharmable, what I don't understand is say the little bloodblossoms in TT or any anaz mal undead in LT, my necro can charm them but my coercer can't....just makes no sense, maybe I missed something but why cant the little plants in TT be charmed? they dont do as much DPS as some of the things in their immediate vicinity and there are many much better pets everywhere, heck I wouldnt use them but why arent thay charmable?

The blood blossoms have a special that oneshots insect-type mobs. You see them use it on them when they fly past sometimes.I assume this is why they're uncharmable.
