![]() I recently managed to down a 68 monk slayer. As a 64 slayer and cloth wearer, I was pretty happy. However, when I went to see what kind of status I gained it said: You gain 160 status! Your guild has received 7 status! I checked the logs, and my pet and I were the only ones to do damage (or even around for that matter) I have noticed low status rewards before while pvping with a pet, so the only conclusion I can reach is that my pet is somehow diminishing the amount of status we receive in pvp. I expected to get somewhere along the lines of 2-3k for this kill. Any others seen this? Ideas? |

The status you get for a pvp kill is directly proportional to how much damage you (not your pet or anyone else) did to it. An exception might be summoners and their pets, but I can't say for sure since I've never played one on pvp

Wow if you are right, and we do not get credit for the damage our pets do... that seems very wrong.

Note that you don't get as much status for doing less damage. You still get credit for the kill, faction and infamy

![]() Illusionists get the full reward. I know, I betrayed from one to a coercer (Just like coercers more) and the only way I killed stuff was just to root it and let my pet kill it with me at a safe distance.
