Chronosiphoning

I am sure that this has been asked before, but is there a macro you can set up to unequip your secondary item, cast chronosiphoning, and then reequip the secondary?

um.. never did figure out how to re-equip in a macro but if you drag the icon from an inventory bag to your hotbar... clicking the button will re-equip it
