T7 M1 Coercer drops...

I just went through the guild log for the past month and of the 100+ masters the various people in the guild looted none of them were for Coercers.

The majority of the M1's for sale on the market are the same spells, or are relatively useless spells that someone is trying to get 10p - 20p (or more for).

There are many T7 Coerver spells I've never seen M1's for on the market.

This is on Oasis.

Am I just having bad luck on timing of seeing the M1's on the market and having them drop, or is this a pattern on other servers as well?

I've seen all T7 masters for sale on Befallen at one point or another, with the exception of Sonic Boom, which hasn't dropped yet (according to the eq2players.com item database as of a couple days ago). The ones that have been particularly rare have been the lower level ones: Domination, Incitement, Beholder's Eye and Marred Psyche.I agree that there are plenty of the ones that few really want (Possession, Perilous Gaze) but that might be due to the actions of the other high level coercers out there, or illusionists planning on betraying to coercers once T7's can do that.

I've been able to get all the meaningful master I's 60+ either thru drops, guildies, or paying 5-10pp.

Only missing some minor spells at this point: Sonic Boom, Breakdown, Astonishing Awe, Tyrannical Mind... umm...

point being that coercer spells are nice and common as usual!

I've never seen a T7 Coercer M1 drop personallly.

I've gotten a couple of M1's from guildies, however, as I mentioned I haven't seen any looted by guildies in over a month.

I've purchase a few others from folks on the market, but a several of the spells I've been looking for just haven't been present on the market when I've checked and it isn't like there's an overabundance of Coercers above level 60 fighting to buy them all like there are of some other classes.

I know I've not seen Domination, Stroke, Sonic Boom (off the top of my head) and wouldn't want the T7 "Mind" M1 since it is identical to the T6 "Mind" other than using more power to cast and maintain.

I guess I've just been unlucky if you folks have been able to find the M1's on your servers.

The one that seems oddly rare on Permafrost is Harmonious Link, along with Sonic Boom it's the only T7 master I don't have. I've never seen Stroke, Enraging Demeanor, Channel, or Gorging Thoughts, but I started after KoS so that's not surprising.

I've had 4-5 masters drop for me in groups and raids, and brokers are always stocked with them on my server, and pretty cheap compared to other classes. I'd just attribute yours to bad luck.And add me to the list of those who's never seen Sonic Boom M1 anywhere. SMILEY

I think that Sonic Boom M1 only drops in one place, and that is Deathtoll. One time in there we got a 70 Swash M1 drop, and it was a server discovery, and that was only about a week or two ago.

Level 70 spells drop in Palace of the Awakened all the time. It's just, until they drop once, they have a smaller chance of dropping again.

Have every single T7 master except for Sonic Boom (negociating price atm with seller SMILEY

) and Cataclismic Mind (lol dont need that Cat Mind = 400%, Destructive Mind 384% - aren't gona waste 20pp for collectors item)
