Yah Missed One : Besklors Overlooked

Lest we forget and cause cries of UNFAIR for all involved:

The Tactic, Besklors still power drains 44 mana/tick while its nontactical equivalent was downgraded to what? 9/tick or something like that?

Why am I posting this, out of respect for whatever the game designers have in mind.

Continuing to overlook this Tactic will trivialize what's been done here.

That said, I hope to see some POSITIVE changes come the way of enchanters, whether its about changing our abilities, giving us new tactics to use the spells we already have in unique fashions, or tuning mob encounters so that they're not immune to over half the spells we do use and allowing coercers in particular to offer a unique game play experience for themselves, their groups, and their guilds.
