Your experience with training

Hi there fellows coercers,

i m playing on french server and the training patch is coming in the next few days.

I'm actually lvl 30 coercer and i would like to ear your advice on wich training i should use. What you choose, and if you are happy with the choice ^^

I have upgraded few spells at Adept III like Breeze, and was wondering if the training as anything to do with the basic spell it comes from ( trained version of adept III breeze > trained version of adept I breeze) or is a "standalone" upgrade.

Any other advice concerning training will be warmly welcome SMILEY
