I noticed the same thing , thought it was just me tho .  I used to use it all the time and learned that using it in a dungeon was bad as half the time it would put me inside a wall and I would fall for tons of damage and crash out , using it in an out side zone tends to leave me invisible to others except my weapons which they can still see ( we joke around and call it my shadow man illusion ) .   As I levelled I found that it didnt take much to kill me so I started watching my agro really well and the few times I get agro I would try to use blink .  I would say that more often then not it does nothing anymore , it used to be great .  I dont know why it has changed ( maybe it is the higher agro spells like posted above) but I notice a huge difference in its effectiveness lately.

Blink is good for when you are swarmed by a bunch of non-arrow mobs and single arrow.  They do not do as much damage as the double ups so you have plenty of time to cast Blink. When you see a whole group of mobs just peel off you and all of the sudden go for one of the heavy classes, it is satisfying.

Unless of course you breezed someone in the group... then it does nothing but stick you in a wall and put your shard in a weird spot!

I've had better luck with Blink than many others report.  I use it fairly often, and I've never had it place me within aggro range of another critter, inside a wall or the like.  It doesn't shed aggro every time, either -- but it usually does.  As is often the case for enchanters, my survival depends as much on the quality of the tank as my decisions SMILEY  While I do not doubt that others have had odd results with Blink, I'm pretty happy with the spell.
