I'm confused how anyone who has actually read the spell discription keeps posting they they are casting this spell on every melee in the group.  This spell (nihilsm line) is a reactive shield type spell it only does damage a % of the time when the person is hit.  If your looking for  a weapon proc. your simply barking up the wrong tree you need to be buffing the non mt's with something from the toxic grasp line these spells are weapon procs and are what is correctly applied to melee toons at will.

Buffs should be :

Theses spells reqire you to get hit to be effective.

Nihlism line (MT)
Vullian Gift  line (MT)

This is a weapon proc and can be used on any melee.

Toxic Grasp line (melee)

To sum up the reason i have posted this is simple i keep seeing posts that keep recomending the incorrect uses of theses spell i just got done reading 2 or 3 posts with a poster recomending that nihlism be cast on all scouts in the group instead of the groups tank because they hit faster.  Personally wish that Soe would make nihilim line spells work the way vulian gift works where it's no concentration but it's a togglable buff that is still perment but can only be on one person, but that's another fight.  So pls quit telling young warlocks or poeple that havn't bothered to notice that the spell is no longer a weapon proc but a damage shield to only cast it on non tanks this is severly confusing other issues with the agro being attributed to the warlock.  Pls note that there is no chance of this spell ever going off if the person that is getting hit doesn't have the spell on no matter how many scout that arn't getting hit are buffed up with it and are fighting at 1000 miles an hour it just won't happen.

And I've already posted twice in that thread saying 'Oops, misread the description.. it used to be a proc'.

Get over yourself.

Why make a new thread about it?

I have seen it in several threads from several posters i'm not trying to pick on anyone person it just seems that there is a lot of confusion on this change i'm trying to put the confusion to rest. I'm sorry if you took it as a personal attack i've seen at least 2 new posts since i was on last night that were recommending the same use it on the scout buffing technique.
