![]() To keep the story short -- here's just a flat out question: what mobs are immune or almost completely resistant to poison in raid scenarios or just epic mobs I may need to hit post 50? I have never come across any, thankfully, until the other night in Nektropos Castle: The Return. Several of the named there and Lord Everling...let's just say, in the end, using freezing whorl adept3 and spamming ice spike master1, hitting ice flame adept3 everytime it popped increased my dps heavily against them. Just curious of what epic mobs / raids I should bow out of for a class that might be a bit more useful (space is often limited.)

Now you know the pain of a wizzy. Good thing for us there are few and far between mobs that resist us.

The epic spider in Nek Forest is poison proof as well, but he's a level 40-ish raid.

The Robots in Meeting of the Minds have enourmous Nox resists.

I know the OP was asking about raid mobs/epics, but I wanted to point out a non-epic mob with some crazy stupid high nox resists. Two of the FBSS mobs, Tarnis and Cythan the Last have insane nox resistances. Adept 3 ND (@ lvl 45) was hitting for about 200-300.....after CM and CoE, if it wasn't resisted outright. My first experience with actually being mortal, LOL. Bring a wizzie friend when you take these cats on.

![]() While I noticed something extremely similar to this, I can add something to it...that will probably get fixed...lol. While I was duoing these FBSS monks with my 50 paladin friend, I too was getting incredibly high resists and low damage from them...we wiped on both of them, and when we came back for our second try (on both monks) their resistances had been lowered incredibly. I was able to take down about 20% of their life with 1 ND. This is probably a bug though.

Intresting thing I noticed... the really Poison resistant mobs (nek2, FBSS boss, etc) cant seem to be debuffed with Curse of Emptiness -- if you cast it on them it will appear in my Maintained window for 1 second then disappear straight away... At that point i usally go get a drink
