Al'Kabor's Flaming Visage

I am wanting to purchase this fluff spell, but can't seem to get it. Two questions i have, do you have to be level 30 to purchase it, or can you purchase before and just learn at 30? Also, what exact npc do you buy it from? Thanks

Unless they've changed it recently, you should be able to buy any of the fun spells from the class trainer at any level. But, you must be at that particular level to scribe the spell and use it. Your class trainers are located at your specific archtype buildings in the city, like the arcane science building near all the books in North Freeport. Or the mage tower in qeynos if you're good. Wiz only has 6 fun spells (i think), the cat, the flying snake and flying book familiars... then the flaming visage, ice visage and dark flame visage. As a dark elf wiz and freeport aligned, i always use my dark flame visage.. makes me look eeeeevul. The ice one is boring, takes too much color out of your armor and makes you white/blue colored. The flaming visage is good though but would be nice if it was actual flames instead of pulsy orangy dots.
