That's really helpful. 1 thing, though, can you add the base damage for the spells too? Spells like plasmastrike and coldsheild have no data at all

Good idea. Used it to add all non-dmg spells. The screenshots where made with very low int though, so not very good for damage spells. Now that i can selfbuff to max int ill replace everything with max int numbers soon.

This is some very useful information.  I have been collecting this data myself for some spells when trying to determine if I should just buy an Adept 1 vs Adept III or Master I.  As sometimes I have bought Adept IIIs and been severely disappointed.  Which is why I started collecting the data myself, so I dont waste any more cash.   BUT.......I think the INT # of the people submiting data needs to be posted with each spell. because in my experience, when I examine different spells on the broker, the damage changes if I am buffed or not.  I will have to double check this, but thats what I thought.  So we are going to need submitted data to have the Intelligence of the person reporting it, so we can cross reference it all.

That really is the kicker right there.  Best thing would be to find a Fury to group with to get your int to the max level, then post the damage range of the spells.

Incapacitate adept 3 min 1342 max 2236, adept 1 is 1150- 1917

Paralyze adept 3 - min 945 max 1575

Surging tempest adept 1 min 633 max 773 /tick

Icy Wind adept 3 - min 296 max 550 /tick

Shocking flash adept 3 - min 129 max 239 /tick

Forge of Ro adept 3 - min 60ish max 250 /tick

Protoflame adept 3 - min 50 ish max 250 /hit

Frostshield Master 1 - min 637 max 779, adept 3 is 558 - 681,  adept 1 is 478 - 584

Icebound gift adept 1 min 163 - 199  with 48% slow

Fiery Surge adept 1 min 30 max 37

Blazing Grandeur adept 1 min 36  max 44

Augmentation adept 3 +306 power +549 cold + 686 heat, Augmentation adept 1 +262 power +470 cold + 588 heat

Truss adept 3 slow is 55%  adept 1 is 49%

Numbing cold adept 3 slow is 105%  adept 1 is 90%  (that extra 15% is HUGE!)

Ring of Ice adept 3 slow is 57% adept 1 is 49%

Since we started being wizards from level 1 after this LU i'll update the list with the level 1-19 spells soon. Can't do it atm, because i have no idea which level the new spells are until they fix it. SMILEY

Small (very small) correction:
 
55 - Arctic Icicles Deals cold damage over time and decreases target's elemental resistance.     A1: 54-100 x7 + -660 vs heat/cold
 
Should be
 
A1: 54-101 x7 + -660 vs heat/cold
 
Few additions:
 
50 - Shocking Flash Deals magic damage over time for a short duration to target enemy and surrounding encounter members.M1: 147-273 x4
 
51 - Ball of Incineration Launches a ball of fire towards the enemy, dealing instant heat damage     A3: 1267-2354
 
52 - Lapse Instantly interrupts and stifles the wizard's target for a brief duration with a small amount of magic damage.M1: 4s stiffle + 56-93

Every few
(10 or so) levels you can pick a spell that only works on a specific mob (giant, skeleton, goblin etc).
