New Robe!

The new zone, Bloodlines, has a VLA robe that is really nice. D'Morte Family silk vestLooks like the Garment of Varsoon and has the following stats+8 INT+18 Health+14 power+134 cold and magic saves.I'm told there are other silk VLA items that drop too.

In the new adventure pack zone (which you have to have preodrder, or a station access pass, I have the latter) there are two part for the first step of the Bloodline cronicles.In part one, you need to distrub the families graves and fight the various ghosts that spawn. Some have nasty attacks. I won't say what, but wizards do have a counter spell for it.The robe dropped from one of the D'Morte family members, who are capable of dropping different things.

wooT nother green .. err.. Grey Robe! When are they ganna start letting mobs drop a lvl 52+ Robe with int + effect on it?

The lack of robes with intelligence is this game is just plain frustrating, and then the one that they do come out with looks like an oven mitt or one of those old-time toaster covers my Grandmother used. To top it all off, it's an awful shade of brown. I play a dark elf wizard, and the thought of how it would look on her makes me shiver as much as hearing fingernails on a chalkboard.I've decided to go with the Sigil robe for now, and make up the intelligence with other items. At least if they are ugly, the robe will cover them all anyway SMILEY

I'm thinking, as the story progress and the new zones become available, there will be higher gear.

Agree 1000%.The lack of chest pieces for all VL wearers is incredible.Robes that are not grey to a level 50 (that I can think of):-Lizardskin Cazicite+7agi +8str +31health +24power +264disease +352magic-Cassok's Cassok+7agi +8str +23health +21power +387disease +194magic-Robe of the Invoker+10agi +6str +20health +36power +194disease +532magic Effect: +5 int and mana regen-Ancient Rallosian Gown+16int +16wis +32health +44power +339cold +532mentalLet's just compare the most common of these 4 (Lizardskin & Cassok) robes to AQ6:Thick Woven Robe+6agi +3str +20health +12power +80disease +120magicKind of laughable, isn't it?Please post if there are others that are not grey to a 50.

The lack of armor of all classes in the current game is a real shame. In a certain level range all people look the same. E.g.: 40+ Casters have those blue-gold robes (Cassoks, Cazetic etc.) or the Invoker Robe or are using some kind of vla tunic. And so are other classes e.g. hva Priests/Tanks using ebon or rubicite.

Sol Forged Tunic - i think its called, from Sol Eye, named in there dropped a 10int, 32 power - robe last night. Its not a robe persay, but is VLA Wearable and has 10int ! Will be even at 50.

Just wanted to add another non-green very light armor chest item to a 50:

-Ice Threaded Vest:

+18health, +48power, +436 vs cold, +145 vs divine

As a vest it looks pretty cool (click on Damonius in sig if you wanna see), and until I can get my hands on a Robe of the Invoker, I like it.

Most robes have different resists, and this one has the most power I've seen...it's a strange item all around.

There's also supposed to be a robe off the top dragon raid in the game, although since nobody has yet acquired this robe, there's no telling what its stats are. (I could be mistaken, but even if I am, it's 100% moot until the stats are known publicly. I doubt anyone reading these forums knows what the stats are.)

Im 'shure' Nagafen doesn't even have a loot table. When they limit the number of people capable of hitting a mob in a raid, they effectively control what can and cannot be killed.

On the other hand...what if they put in a quest that allows Nagafen to mentor something.....

Tundra Walker's Robe is even at 225 skill, 5int and 40something power, not as good as sol crafted but rather decent. However, looks like a vest not a robe
