Wohnungen teilen und Wissensgegenstände

Ich hab da ein Problem.Ich habe mir mit einem weiteren Spieler eine Wohnung geteilt, bin dort als Verwalter gemeldet, kann aber keine Wissensgegenstände oder Handwerksgeräte platzieren.Ist das so gewollt, oder ein Bug?
